The Body Teaches the Soul

BOOK REVIEW

The Body Teaches the Soul
by Justin Whitmel Earley

Earley writes as a recovering anxious overachiever, not a health guru, and that's what makes this one land. His premise is simple and important: the habits of your body are not separate from your spiritual life, they are the on-ramp to it.

I recommend this to clients who have spent years treating their body as an inconvenience to their calling instead of the ground it stands on.

From the Judeo-Christian perspective this is a great foundational start for those who question the relevance of the mind-body-spirit connection.
