You Are the Placebo

BOOK REVIEW

You Are the Placebo
by Joe Dispenza

Dispenza's core question is whether we can create the same measurable healing the placebo effect produces, on purpose, without the sugar pill.

He backs it with case studies and a clear walk through the neuroscience of thought becoming feeling becoming state.

This one tends to open something in clients who have quietly believed change requires an external fix. It lacks the rigorous scientific backing that some of my other recommendations offer, but I still think it is worth the read and is highly stimulating from a metaphysical perspective.
