Biology of Belief

BOOK REVIEW

Biology of Belief
by Bruce Lipton

Lipton, a cell biologist, makes the case that our beliefs are actively shaping our biology at the cellular level, not just our mood. It reframes belief from a soft, abstract idea into something with real physiological weight.

I come back to this one whenever a client needs the science to catch up with what their body has already been telling them.

The field of research has become more nuanced since this book came out, but I still appreciate it as a solid framework.
